Paying Invoices Online
Dear Customer,
Arnold Machinery Company has partnered with BillTrust, allowing customers to access account summaries and invoices online, and to pay by credit card or bank transfer (ACH) via the BillTrust platform. There will be a 3% surcharge for any credit card transaction, so we encourage customers to take advantage of the bank transfer (ACH) option which has no fee!
After the go-live date of July 8th, 2026, invoices will have a link and enrollment token at the bottom. The token can be used to enroll in BillTrust either by clicking on the link (from a pdf invoice copy) by going to our BillTrust login page or by clicking the Pay Invoice button at the top of our website where a link is provided to set up a new account (customers will still need the code from the bottom of the invoice).
