1. Sign-on Bonus

First of all, we have a sign-on bonus program. If Arnold Machinery Company hires you, you will get $2,000! You will receive the first $1,000 check with your first paycheck and the remaining $1,000 check after 90 days of full employment.

We also pay a $2,000 referral bonus if you bring on a new associate from outside the company.  Payment to the recruiting associate will be $1000 after thirty days of employment of the hired associate and an additional $1,000 ninety days later provided the hired associate and the recruiting associate are still with Arnold Machinery Company.

2. Yearly and Quarterly Bonuses

We have two yearly bonuses – a corporate bonus and a ROA bonus. The corporate bonus may be given if the year is profitable. The president determines this amount at his or her discretion. The ROA bonus is dependent upon a Net Income vs. Return on Assets goal set before the year starts. The length of your employment during the year determines your eligibility for these two bonus programs. You can read details on page 25 of our Associate Handbook.

Quarterly bonuses may be given when the division you are assigned to has a net profit better than plan or last year during all months of that quarter.

3. Outstanding Benefits Included

We have outstanding benefits here are Arnold Machinery! For instance, we offer paid holidays and sick leave as well as accrued vacation time. In addition, we have a 401K program with company match. There are two different medical plans available, and the premium is currently 100% paid for by the company for you and the family at this time, (the decision to pay the total premium is made on a yearly basis and may change) and we offer a health savings account with company contribution. We also provide affordable dental and vision plan options with the associate premium paid by the company. We offer safety reimbursements as well as tuition reimbursement. 4. Career Advancement

At Arnold Machinery Company, we prefer to promote from within and encourage your growth and advancement. For example, several of our branch managers and upper management associates started out in entry level positions, such as field technicians, sales reps, or financial clerks.  One of our current associates, Daniel Hahn, started his career in the industry as a field technician and was hired at Arnold Machinery Company as a sales representative . Within 20 years he advanced through several positions and was recently made President of our Mining Division.
